Wesley David: 5 months

Weight: Wesley. Is. Huge. And I absolutely love it! my guess is he is around 16.5 pounds or so. He is so tall, and cubby.

Clothes: Still pretty much the same, just filling them out more! He can wear 6 month, and some 9 months. Mainly due to his length.

Likes: Attention. He is such a little ham! He doesn't need to be the center of attention, but if just one person can be his buddy and hang out with him, he will be on cloud nine. He likes the little teething toys now, his own hands included. He loooves cloth, and chewing on it. Your shirt, a washcloth, bib, anything. It is all his favorite "toy".

Dislikes: boredom, but of course! He needs something to do, or look at, or somebodies undivided attention. Bottles. UGH. but he is getting SO much better. He gradually stopped taking bottles from everyone except his sunday school teachers. But after spring break, he totally dropped those, too! So we got a different bottle recommended by a friend, and he seems to like them best! He isn't a pro, but he is getting better and better! Once he is fully able to switch back and forth between me and them, David and I get to resume our vacation plans! #momanddadtrip

Social: He finally started being able to join in on Penny's playdates. We went to openplay today with Penny's friends, and He went in one of the little baby Einstein type walkers, and he just had a ball. Grinning from ear to ear, and just taking it all in. You could definitely tell he felt like such a big boy "playing" with the big kids. Penny was SO proud of him, too. Every couple of minutes, she would run up to him, say "hiiiii wessss!", plant a big kiss on his cheek, hug him, and then keep playing. He loves when David plays his guitar. If he is fussy or restless, that is all it takes to calm him immediately.

Milestones: He is a little bulldozer, rolling everywhere. His back half tries to army crawl, though he can't get anywhere yet. He has gotten so much better at sitting up! Can hold it for quite some time before tumbling. I attribute it to his 90th+ percentile head ;) He is such a little chatterbox! Constantly telling us everything! Its the sweetest sound.
