David and I hosted Christmas this year!

It was so exciting having everyone come down to visit us, see our new city, and enjoy all our family traditions.

Which, of course, included ice cream at least once a day:

Which then required some hot cocoa to wash it down

I enjoy Christmas's so much the older I get.

I appreciate the family time so much more. We're all spread across the country, so the times we're all together are few. 

I also enjoy getting to pick out gifts for my siblings, parents (who deserve it after all the years of giftless Christmas's they got from us!)  and of course, my sweet David. 

Who, by the way, got me two sets of adorable dinner plates.
I squealed when I opened them!
